Peter Dewar
After graduating with a degree in Estate Management from Oxford Polytechnic in July 1992 and having spent over two years with Parnis & Co involved in all aspects of General Practice surveying and specialising in Investment, Peter Dewar BSc (Hons) MRICS, a Member of the RICS, joined Crossland Otter Hunt in January 1995 to concentrate on investments.

David Crossland 
David Crossland BSc MRICS has a degree in Estate Management and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. After six years at the Inland Revenue Valuation Office he moved into commercial agency with Wilson Smith & Partners in Peterborough. Branching out on his own with the creation of Crossland Otter in 1983, he has since undertaken a wide range of agency and development work particularly on retail properties and specialises in 'out-of-town' development.

Bryan Pontifex
A Bachelor of Land Economy and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Bryan Pontifex BLE MRICS spent four of his ten years at Healey & Baker dealing with all aspects of real estate from their New York office, later specialising in office agency development and Central London property investment to become a partner in their West End Department. Apart from his period abroad, Bryan has been actively involved in the West End Office market since 1978.

Nigel Hunt
A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Nigel Hunt FRICS accepts RICS appointments in an Independent Expert capacity. Twelve years experience with Healey & Baker, four as a partner concerned with sales, lettings and development of offices throughout the U.K., Nigel was latterly in charge of the West End Offices Department before joining forces with with Bryan Pontifex to open the London Office of Crossland Otter Hunt in 1988.
