Richard Lockhart BSc (Hons) MRICS graduated from the University of Kingston with a BSc (Hons) degree in Urban Estate Management in the mid 1990’s, having previously worked in Edinburgh. He started his post qualified working career in City Agency at St. Quintin, which became Richard Ellis, and stayed there for over five years specialising in all forms of leasing and acquisition work in the City of London.
Transferring to London’s West End with Richard Ellis, he now has over five years experience in the West End market. He has acted for many property companies, including Land Securities, Prudential and The Grosvenor Estate, as well as household names such as Coors Brewery, KPMG, and Evolution Securities. Since joining Crossland Otter Hunt, Richard has covered the entire Central London office market. |
